Cars in Malta are right hand drive, and driving is on the left as in Britain, Japan, Australia South Africa, India and other ex-British colonies.
Cars in Gibraltar are left hand drive and only the Barchetta 595 is available there. Driving is on the right as in mainland Europe and the United States. All cars are gear shift and not automatic. If your driving licence is for automatic only you will not be able to drive the AA vehicles.

The Electric V72 is based on a standard 126 Barchetta but with modifications and is available for rental by the hour for sightseeing in Valletta, or available for purchase. These cars are custom built to order in very limited quantities.
